Frequently Asked Questions by Candidates
Does TLH Workforce charge recruitment or placement fees to candidates?
No. In accordance with ethical recruitment principles and international labour standards, candidates are never charged fees for registration, interviews, or employer presentation. Our workforce advisory fees are borne solely by the hiring German employer.
Do I need German language certification before registering?
Prior German skills are an advantage, but you can register while preparing. For most technical roles in German industrial workshops, at least A2 to B1 certified German (Goethe / TELC / ÖSD) is required by immigration authorities and employers for visa issuance and workplace safety.
What happens after I submit my candidate profile and CV?
Our technical evaluators review your qualifications and machinery experience. When a matching vacancy is opened by one of our partner manufacturers, we invite you to an initial technical screening video call.
Does registering guarantee me a job offer or a German visa?
No. We believe in complete honesty: Direct hiring decisions rest exclusively with the German employer following technical interviews, and visa approval is granted strictly by German diplomatic missions based on statutory criteria. We provide structured guidance through every step.
